Main House
The Passive Solar designed Main House built in 1999 is 2280 sf. of beautifully hand crafted style. It features 3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, White Oak hardwood flooring, carpet, and tile work throughout; along with tastefully placed recessed lighting, central forced air heating system and a home security system. It is a 3 story home built into the hillside with a full walk out 1st floor and massive beamed 500 sf. main floor wrap around deck, 160 sf. of which are covered by the main roof.
All materials used within the home are high grade such as the White Oak flooring, custom Marvin windows and doors, Corian brand counters, etc. The windows are plenty and large as you can see in the photo's, which allow great panoramic views from within the main house. Many of the windows are protected outside the house with custom Awnings.
The Main House, Guest house, and Orchard area are situated about 1/3 mile up a beautiful wooded drive from the entrance into the estate, guaranteeing complete privacy. You do not see another neighbor except the stars at night.
