Guest House
The two story guest house was custom built in 1996. The second floor two bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment with beautifully finished 1093 sf., has its own entrance and electrical meter, and security system - perfect for rental or caretaker use. The interior is craftsman finished through out, with beautiful oak hardwood flooring, tongue and groove wood ceiling and custom wood trim. It is heated by either a Jotal wood burning stove, or propane heat. Currently used as an office and artist studio, it has wonderful views out its many windows and is full of natural light.
The first floor of the guest house offers another 1207 sf. of heated finished space with 402 sf. being shop area and 805 sf. of finished rooms suitable for office etc. Two entrances access this lower portion of the guest house. Adjoining this lower area is an attached 420 sf. garage and a 360 sf. car/ truck/ tractor port
